A: No, there are no fees, ever. PTSI is a temporary staffing firm and NOT and Employment Agency.

Q: What about contracts?

A: There are no contracts or obligations. We are here to find you a job, even though we do not guarantee finding you employment, we do the best we can do to find you a suitable position.

Q: How are you different from the other temporary services?

A: We are locally owned & operated. You will have one-main contact person supported by an informed staff. You will always be treated with respect, honesty, and courtesy.

Q: Do you do a lot of testing?

A: The testing procedures are part of the application packet you fill-out when applying for a position. Our testing methods are simple-to-understand and measure general math and word association skills.

Q: How do you know who is most qualified for a position?

A: We analyze an individual’s work history and strengths based on our clients need. We also qualify an individual by conducting professional reference checking (when applicable).

Q: What if I get hurt or try to collect unemployment?

A: As an employee of PTSI, you are covered by our Worker's & Unemployment Compensation.
